Shipping and Refunds

Shipping

Cycle citizens is a marketplace, meaning all orders are shipped directly by the brand you're purchasing. If your order contains products from multiple brands, you will receive multiple packages. Most brands will ship out orders within 1-3 business days, and delivery will typically take another 2-7 business days (depending on your location). You can track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Returns

At this time, Cycle Citizens will process returns of our own branded products as long as the product has not been worn, contains all the original labels and packaging and returned without any damage. For products provided by other brands, we'll honor that specific brand's return policy. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.

Refunds

If approved for a refund, your refund will be issued via your original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds will typically appear on your statement within 10 business days, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If, for some reason, you have not received a refund, please reach out to us at help@cyclecitizens.cc.
